Observation

Staff person shows hired 2/16 and background was submitted 3/30 but fingerprints was not cleared until 5/16. According to CSR provided by the center for 2 weeks in April the licensor observed that Crystal was caring for children alone on 2 occasions 4/13 and 4/14 prior to her finger prints being cleared. Crystal confirmed with the licensor that she was left alone to care for 4 infants on several occasions at closing and several occasions when it was a full day due to lack of staff. ??
